Dismissal Schedule

2026-2027 Arrival/Dismissal Times and Locations

Line-Up Procedures – First Day Only (September 10, 2026):
Please note: Parents/Guardians will remain outside the fence.
  • Grades 1–5: Students will meet their teachers in the schoolyard at 8:15 a.m. Students should look for their class number, which will be clearly posted. Staff members will be available to assist.
  • To help ensure a smooth start, please send your child with either:
    • A small note or index card with their name and class, or
    • Their class placement letter
  • Kindergarten: Parents/Guardians may escort their child directly to the classroom. Please enter from East 33rd Street and Quentin Road beginning at 8:15 a.m.
Line-Up Procedures – Beginning September 11, 2026:
  • Kindergarten: Enter through the front entrance at East 33rd Street and Quentin Road.
  • Grades 1 & 2: Enter through the side entrance on East 34th Street. Staff will escort students to the auditorium. Doors open at 8:00 a.m.
  • Grades 3–5: Enter through the schoolyard and line up in the courtyard area. Students will walk up to their classrooms at 8:15 a.m.
Dismissal Schedule:
To ensure student safety and reduce congestion, we will follow a staggered dismissal schedule:
  • Kindergarten & Grade 1: 2:20 p.m.
  • Grades 2 & 3: 2:25 p.m.
  • Grades 4 & 5: 2:30 p.m.
Please refer to the attached dismissal chart for your child’s designated exit.

  • Students will be brought to the gate. Please wait outside the gate.
  • To ensure student safety, teachers will dismiss one child at a time. Please do not call your child off the line without letting the teacher know.
  • Please remember to park legally.
